About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working people looking to gain experience and earn good money. You will join an energetic team of shift workers dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and maintain the quality control standards of our busy operation. It’s important that you demonstrate high service standards yourself, and that you’re able to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
We’re happy to train you in skills to supplement your existing know-how. Our preference is for people with a positive, can-do attitude and give them comprehensive training in areas such as counter and customer service; stock management; kitchen food preparation and presentation; bar and hotel service. Learning from qualified chefs and business managers, you’ll build the skill sets, required for your future. In addition to training, we support you with well-documented systems, a safe environment (we have zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour), and subsidised accommodation.
