Opened in May on the beachside in Browns Bay, with great reviews about our food. The head chef is well experienced with years working with a celebrity chef in the viaduct. We operate as a cafe, restaurant & bar. We seat 155people
About the role
Day to day running of the restaurant, servicing our customers to a high standard, problem-solving. Wanting to learn more about the industry and take on a role with becoming a DM or doing DM shifts.

Skills and experience
With experience in cocktails, managing staff, LCQ, & current general managers certificate are all bonuses but not essential.
