The successful applicant must be willing to carry out a number of duties that include, but are not limited to, washing and putting away dishes; assisting the chefs with preparation of food; making sure the kitchen is kept immaculate, and assisting the front of house café team with the serving and clearing of tables.
They must possess a willingness to learn, be hardworking and reliable.

Hours of work will vary and be on a roster basis (daytime shifts would be rostered as either 8am to 4.30pm or 11am to 6pm). We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year and the successful applicant will need to be available for any rostered shifts. There will be some evening work involved as well.

All applicants must have their own transport and be able to work weekends, statutory days and school holidays. This is a full-time fixed term position for the duration of the summer season (from late September 2019 to the end of April 2020). To be considered for this position you must be able to work the entire period of the fixed term contract.
