Kitchen helpers play a crucial role in our kitchen operation assisting cooks on various tasks like food prep, serving food to campers, stocking buffets, washing dishes and general cleaning duties.

Duties:
Washing, peeling, slicing, cutting fruits and vegetables.
Unpacking and storing food items in freezers, refrigerators and dry storage shelves.
Portioning food items to serve on buffets.
Prepare and finish simple food items.
Assist cooks assembling meal trays for family style service.
Stock supplies, hot and cold food in serving stations, salad bars and buffets.
Serve food to campers and staff at counters and buffet stations.
Clear buffet and food counters after meal service.
Washing, storing and organizing kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, cups, trays, etc.
Sorting out garbage, waste and recycling for proper disposal.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas: sweep and mop floors, wash kitchen linens, clean kitchen counters, storage units and equipment.
