What can you expect working as a Rental Attendant?
Rental attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in a timely and professional manner. The Shuttle Ambassador role includes on site management of the shuttle service: guest loading, liaison with the shuttle drivers, their shuttle service provider and operations supervisor on any problems or logistical matters. Their Shuttle Ambassadors are working both at the Park and Downtown Vancouver to ensure seamless and consistent shuttle service.

QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of Guest service experience in the tourism industry,
Work effectively under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment,
Ability to handle high volumes of vehicle traffic and guest-related interactions with professionalism,
Must have a passion for guest service, the city and its many sights
Knowledge of transit routes and the greater Vancouver area is a strong asset,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Second language is an asset.

Considerations:
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
Working outdoors in all types of weather
Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs
Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool
Please Note: It is an evening event; they are looking for team members who can work mainly afternoon and evening shifts approx. until 10pm as the park closes at 9:00pm during.
