Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer a professional, engaging and friendly service
Responsible for following all established and future standard operating procedures (SOP’s). These will include but are not limited to reporting to work, signing in and out, master, sectional or general keys, sequence of service and lost & found
Expected to adhere to all standards that relate to hygiene and grooming, health and safety, fire, accommodations, guestroom standards and guest interactions
Clean and record all assigned guestrooms including: making beds, removing trash and dirty linen, retrieving clean linen, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, replenishing amenities, placing furniture to its original position, being attentive to the guests belongings by pairing shoes, folding clothes and ensure that all other personal belongings are cared for. Additional information as laid out in the sequence of service.
Clean the guest bathrooms which include: cleaning all surfaces (horizontal and vertical), all sinks, taps, vanities, tubs, showers and walls and toilets. Replenish amenities and additional information as laid out in the sequence of service.
Clean and disinfect elevators, vacuum hallways, ensure back spaces are neat and tidy
Report all concerns related to Engineering/Maintenance, health and safety, security or suspicious circumstances (including smells/sights and sound)
Responsible for the assistance in maintaining a clean and organized backspace and housekeeping cart
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
No prior education required

Rate of Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour. Full rate after one year is $18.58 per hour.

What can you expect working as a Rental Attendant?
Rental attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to respond to customer inquiries regarding rental equipment, and deal with complaints promptly, receive returned equipment and ensure that returned equipment is appropriately displayed. The Entry Cook is responsible for basic food preparation tasks, such as cutting up meat and fish, cleaning, peeling, slicing, chopping, measuring and mixing ingredients, etc. May use basic cooking skills to work on a line or in a cooking station, such as the broiler, fryer, oven, grill, or sauté station and be responsible for set up of assigned station. May be responsible for loading and unloading food product to remote meal sites for preparation.

The Intermediate Cook functions as an experienced cook, responsible for performing the full cooking process using established recipes. This includes preparing and measuring ingredients; grilling, broiling, baking, frying, and sautéing; testing for doneness and taste; adjusting seasoning and temperature for best results; and attractive food presentation. In casual facilities, fully responsible for all aspects of a cooking station. Ensures cooking station or area is sanitary and fully functional.

Requirements:
Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
English Proficiency
Able to work the entire season (November– April)
Some experience in food and beverage or guest service – preferred
Weekends and holidays required.
All of their team members are typically required to wash dishes one shift per week

Physical requirements for this position include:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects.
